How do I book a vinyl cutter?

Vinyl cutting times can be booked via the ORB.

  • To book a collection time visit ORB and select LONDON COLLEGE OF COMMUNICATION (Workspaces, Inductions).

  • Students will have to complete a training module before being given access to book a collection time.

  • Please book a morning or afternoon slot you wish to collectuse yourthe vinyl cut work. Work is stored for a maximum of 2 weeks. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion along with a reciept for costs payable viat the Estore.cutter.

  • DigitalIt is essential you arrive promptly so there is enough time for you to complete your job. Please bring your files MUSTwith beyou senton ina USB to the dayappointment. beforeWe byare 10AMcurrently atonly the latest. Sendaccepting .ai illustrator files to 3dworkshop.lcc@arts.ac.uk using the following email subject format below:files.

    • Vinyl cutting + student name + Collection time
    • Please include as much information about the vinyl cutting files in the body of the email that may be useful for the technician in executing your job.
    • Artboards and/or files should be labelled with the corresponding material/colours to be vinyl cut. We are only accepting external paper/card, this should be dropped off for quarantine at least 48 hours before your collection time.
  • PleasePayment bringwill need to be made via the Estore. after completion, a technician will inform you of your receipttotal withcost youdepending foron collection as proofamount of purchase.material used.
