# How do I access the 3D workshop? To work in the 3D workshop you must book a workbench via the **[ORB](https://orb.arts.ac.uk/catalogue.php?rooms)**. * These bookings are available in 3 hour slots. * 10am - 1pm * 2pm - 5pm * We will only be accepting booked appointments to ensure a safe student to technican ratio. * Students must have completed the online H&S Induction before booking this area. The Orb will prompt you to complete this induction and pass a quiz before allowing you to book. If you have not completed an induction and booked a slot, you will not be able to access the workshop when you arrive. The induction pops up the first time you book a bench on the ORB For **[Laser cutting,](https://3dworkshoplcc.arts.ac.uk/books/laser-cutting/page/how-do-i-book-the-lasercutters)** **[Vinyl Cutting](https://3dworkshoplcc.arts.ac.uk/books/vinyl-cutting/page/how-do-i-book-a-vinyl-cutter)** and **[3D Printing ](https://3dworkshoplcc.arts.ac.uk/books/3d-printing/page/how-do-i-book-the-ultimaker-3d-printers)** students book a time slot on the **[ORB](https://orb.arts.ac.uk/catalogue.php?rooms)** and attend with their files ready for the machine.
